He is survived by: his wife Violet Smith; his sons, David Smith (Lyn), Thomas Smith (David) and Brian Smith; his sister Gladys Hagemann (Walt); his nephew James Hagemann (Lisa); and his niece Wendy Sheppard (Colby).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 5110 48 Ave, Ponoka, AB T4J1H8. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
