He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Germain and Marie-Louise Germain; his siblings, Andre, Benoit, Rose-Aimee, Therese, Rita, Pauline and Marie; and his granddaughter Elora.

He is survived by: his wife Laurette; his children, Claude (Alke) of Valemount, BC, Bernard (Leonie) of Plamondon and Guy (Jacinthe) of Edmonton; his siblings, Joseph, Real (Georgette), Madeline (Stan) and Magella; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Jessica), Dustin (Missina), Tom (Allison), Scott (Michelle), Jamie (Alexis), Noland (Anna), Sébastien, Raven (Richard) and Erika; and his great grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, Kayla, Zahavah, Aeris, Darken, Asher, Audrey, Brooklyn and Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
