He was predeceased by: his father George Fischer; his brother-in-law Robert Elliott; his nephew Dustin Germain; and his grandparents, Jess, Mary Fischer, William and Mary Heatherington.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fischer; his children, Catlin Fischer (Angela) and Farron Mamela (Katrina); his grandchildren, James Fischer, Kagen and Amira Mamela; and his siblings, Georgette Elliott, William Fischer (Laurie), Henry Desjarlais (Mavis) and Allan Donovan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
