She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Smith and Beatrice Smith; her brother Eugene Smith; and her brother-in-law James "Jim" Wood. She is survived by: her husband Richard of Pine Lake; her daughters, Mary Edmundson (Mike), Bonnie Schwaga (Chris) and Susan Andrew; her grandchildren, Jesse Richardson, Samantha Miller (Wayne), Ethan Schwaga, Ashley Schwaga, Alyssa Schwaga and Kadence Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Alexis Miller and Lila Laurent.
