He was predeceased by: his wife Jean; his parents, Joseph and Alpha; and his siblings, Blaine, Donna Lou, Carol Lou and Betty Lou.
He is survived by: his sister Maxine Haug (Pincher Creek); and his children, Linda Fleming of Calgary, Jerry Kautz (Violet) of Calgary, Nanton of Calgary, Randy Higbee of Calgary, Campbell of Calgary and Brenda Botham (Miles) of Calgary. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
