He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his daughters, Maddison and Holland; his father Alexander Kelly; his siblings, Tanis Honey (Brian), Terry Kelly (Martina), Trudy Hoffner (Zenon), Patrick Kelly (Joyce) and Ryan Kelly; and his parents-in-law, Ann Dvorak (late Richard), Kim Sutherland and Joe Dvorak.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions attendance is by invitation only.
