He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Laura White Cow and Victor Yellow Horn; his stepmother Gloria Little Plume; his brother James Wolf Tail; his aunts, Shirley Wolf Tail and Rosaline Prairie Chicken; and his cousin Lynn Wolf Tail.
He is survived by: his parents, Marsha White Cow (Frank) and Lloyd Wolf Tail; his children, Todd, Broddie, Tashayla, Avery and Payton; and his siblings, Malcolm (Sheena), Jody, Rudy (Crystal White Cow), Willy (Theresa Wolf Tail), Misty Black Eyes and Cory Bad Eagle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A prayer was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Snodgrass Funeral Chapel (1101 Main St, Pincher Creek, AB T0K0E0). A wake was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Lloyd Wolf Tail's Residence (1931 16 Ave, Brocket, AB T0K0H0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Piikani Community Hall (1610 15 Ave, Brocket, AB T0K0H0). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Piikani Nation Cemetery (1910 17 Ave, Brocket, AB T0K0H0).
