He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, David and Leigh (Benedikt); his grandchildren, Megan, Elizabeth, Kristján, Lander and Glen; and his sisters, Luita (Art), Jaime (Tim), Marilyn (Brian) and Verna (Ed). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces as well as close friends.
