He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his great grandchild Alysha Roth. He is survived by: his children, Peter (Marianne), Betty (Cornell), Janey (Henry), Henrietta (Andre), John (Cheri), Jannette Beusekom (Andrew), Nelly Sinke (Adrian) and Ed (Marieke); his sisters, Corrie Ouwendorp, Eefje of Ruiter, Maasje Kruijt (Isaac) and Cootje van Beek; and his sisters-in-law, Bertha Klok, Teunisje Slingerland (Willem) and Hennie Van Hierden. He is also survived by 56 grandchildren; 117 great grandchildren.
