He was predeceased by: his spouse June Kulka; his parents, George Kulka and Nancy Kulka; his parent-in-law Earl Stauffer; his brother-in-law Harpo Moriyama; and also Alberta Stauffer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Gibb, Eleanor Fornataro (Russell), Troy Gibb (Michelle), Corrie Gibb, Nathan Fornataro (Kelly) and Matthew Fornataro (Meghan); his great grandchildren, Patrick, Camden, Drew, Austin, Brooklyn and Leo; his sibling Allan Kulka (Barbara) of Nixa; and also, Ruth James (Jack), Betty Moriyama, Pat Adair (Harold) and Eugene Stauffer (Betty Ann).
