He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Johanna; his children, Jannie Rijkse, Jan Rijkse, Evert Beyer, Jannie Beyer, Gert Beyer, Hennie Klok, Gerard Klok, Ton Beyer and Edith Beyer; his daughter-in-law Anja Veenvliet; his parents, Evert Jan and Hendrika Beyer; his parents-in-law, Gerrit and Janna Hootsen; and his siblings-in-law, Bep Van of Zandschulp and Jan Van Ginkel. He was also cherished by 30 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, and his sisters and extended family.
