He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Lydia, Maria, Jesse and Hannah; his mother Jeanetta Heyboer; his siblings, Alice (Mitchell Beusekom), Brenda (John Lobbezoo), Marvin (Willemina Heyboer), Jane (Brian Slingerland) and Andrew (Jackalyn Heyboer); his parents-in-law, Adrie and Riet of Visser; and his sisters, Annemarie (Hans Slabbekoorn), Arjen (Marga) and Coralien (Marien Nieuwenhuijse). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
