He is survived by: his sisters, Norma Rice (Bud) and Joyce Appel (Tom); his children, Linda Shearer Whiting and Randy; his grandson Wyatt; his sons, Monty of Vancouver, Tracy (Elaine) of Edmonton, Alberta and Marty (Julie) of Penhold; his grandchildren, Heather and Matthew; and his close friend Barb Meding Ayon. He is also survived by his many cousins and friends.
