He is survived by: his parents, Gordon Smith of Peace River and Eleanor Smith; his wife Carol Ann; his sisters, Susan Smith of Calgary and Colleen Lazoruk of Rycroft; his daughters, Marissa and Jenna; and his grandchildren, Jacob Russell Rogers and Kinsley Carol Ann Rogers.
