She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bennett and Bessie Bennett; her husband Ronald Steedsman; and her siblings, Florence Cooper (James), Albert and Leonard (Olivene).
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Thomas (Robert), Terry Podmore, Leslie Bodnar (Allan), Lori Rupertus (Cliff) and Douglas Steedsman; her brother Kenneth Bennett (Annette); her sister-in-law Elsie Bennett; her grandchildren, Ryan Thomas (Susan), Paul Thomas (Colleen), Quentin Thomas (Latoya), Calvin Bodnar, Stacy Bodnar, Mindy Bodnar, Courtney Rupertus (Kevin) and Spencer Rupertus; and her great grandchildren, Kaylyn Thomas, Joel Thomas, Natalie Thomas, Mackay Thomas, Owen Thomas, Saul Chalupa and Harrison Chalupa.
