She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann Baumgartner and Olga Baumgartner; her husband Ferdinand Frey; her daughter Barbara Knisely; her son-in-law Jeff Reid; and her sister Olgi Baumgartner.
She is survived by: her children, Annette, Daniel (Irina) and David (Sylvianne); her brothers, Hans and Willi of Switzerland; and her son-in-law James Knisely. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Peace River Municipal Library or the Peace River Museum as expressions of sympathy.
