He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Frank and Helen Frank; his children, Tracy, Paul and Cathy; and his sisters, Barb and Bernice.
He is survived by: his wife Esther (Codd); his children, Patricia, Darryl and Dayna; his sisters, Phyllis and Betty; his stepsons, Dennis and Dean; and his adoptive son Alex. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
