He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kolybaba and Helen Kolybaba; and his parents-in-law, Edwin "Mickey" and Janice Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Clara Kolybaba of Lashburn; his son Garrett Kolybaba (Lee) of Paradise Valley; his grandchildren, Kabrie, Hudson and Kynlee; his sons, Tyler Kolybaba (Lisa) of Marsden and Brant Kolybaba (Rachel Bremner) of Prince Albert; and his close friend Bryan Bax (Donna) of Lloydminster. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
