He was predeceased by: his parents, George Douglas and Elsie Douglas; his brother Keith Douglas; his mother-in-law Velda Heidel; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Mottram and Cindy Heidel.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Douglas; his children, Jessie Hann (Maverick) and Curtis Douglas; his grandchildren, Sophia Hann and Aubrie Hann; his sister Gwen Mottram; his father-in-law Louis Heidel; his brothers-in-law, Cliff Heidel, Tom Heidel, Colin Heidel, Darryl Heidel, Rick Heidel and Ron Heidel (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Jon Mottram (Katie Gallin), Sean Mottram, Alex Heidel, Kim Heidel, Hana Heidel, Jessica Heidel and Alyssa Heidel.
