“Yesterday I became aware of Royle's passing, so sorry. I knew Royle briefly, met him in 2018 in Red Deer, while we were both waiting for a ride home, he was going back to Edmonton from Olds. We only had a few meetings for coffee or dinner, as we lived in different cities, and he always was such a gentleman. I had never met someone like him before, kind, generous and wise, he definitely restored my faith in humanity. I will always remember Royle, a good soul. Amalia Gallardo.”

“My Dad lived a life of adventure, entrepreneurship and wisdom. If there was only one thing to remember him by it would be that he cared deeply about helping those around him. “Always give more than you receive,” he would tell me every year on my birthday. Dad taught me that love in action only produces happiness. It’s probably why his grandchildren are such happy little kids.”
