We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Mildred Lewis (Olds, Alberta). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvena Johnson and Eric Johnson; her husband Carl Lewis; her children, George Lewis (Joanne), James Lewis (Theresa) of Lethbridge, AB and Lori Hausauer (Eugene) of Whitecourt, AB.; and her sister-in-law Rose Johnson (Donald) of Yelm. She was also cherished by Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mildred's name to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.

Carmen lit a candle

“Mrs. Lewis, Grandma Lewis, was my grandma from the moment she met my brothers and me. We were always welcome in their home and she always had those delicious buns, no one made buns like that. She always had her favourite toys around, stuffed animals. Her recipe for apple crisp traveled around the world with me and now lives in my permanent memory. I feel lucky to have had her in my life, I even got to use their home in Condor as a base when I was a teen. She will be missed but lives on in my <3.”
