He was predeceased by: his wife Phylis; and his brother Carl. He is survived by: his children, Randy (Jane), Judy (Terry), Lorne (Maxine) and Shawn (Theresa); his siblings, Margaret, Eileen, Janet and Norman; his grandchildren, Heather (Jeff), Erin (Scott), Kyle (Savannah), Travis (Danielle), Scott (Alyssa), Amy (Dustin) and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Danielle, Dane, Alexander, Linden, Ares and Mikaela.

Should friends or family desire a memorial donation in favour of the Pallative Care Unit at the Three Hills Health Care Centre would be greatly appreciated.
