Kay Margaret Solland Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Margaret Solland (Olds, Alberta), who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Wiens and Helen Wiens; her husband Mel Solland; her grandson Peter; her sister Ethel; her sister-in-law Ruth; and her nephew Rob.

She is survived by: her sons, Leigh Solland (Jennifer), Lyle Solland (Barb) and Glenn Solland (Michelle); her grandchildren, Wendy Solland-Hurlbut (Chad), Jamie Khory (Jamshed), Angela Solland, Tim Solland (Jocelyn), Jono Solland (Kate) and Steven Solland (Sarina); her great grandchildren, Eliana, Lyla Khory and Sloane Solland; and her brother Ted Wiens. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, neighbours and friends.
