She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Sorenson; her parents, Eugene Scherlie and Hanna Scherlie; and her sister Gail Scherlie. She is survived by: her siblings, Brian Scherlie (Donna), Diane Karlowich and Desiree Robertson; her nephew Lester Sorenson (Jenn); and her nieces, Laureen Martin (Scott) and Michelle Soley.
