He is survived by: his wife Linda Church; his son Greg Church (Pamala); his grandchildren, Shelby Hays (Johnny), Andrew Church, Peyton Church, Blayze Bloomfield, Rhett Bloomfield and Marshall Bloomfield; his stepsons, Jay Westwood (Sherry), Jody Westwood and Step; his grandchildren, Matthew Westwood, Tanner Westwood, Isabella Westwood and Sophia Westwood; his daughter Patricia Hays; his parents, Janet Jobagy and James Church; his stepfather John Jobagy; his brother-in-law Rudy Harasym Jim; and also, Koraley Wallace (Cliff), Lynda Hararsym, Judy Harasym (Brian Berge) and Lorrie Morris (Jack).
