“Gerry was a stalwart, supportive and best friend; we accomplished lots and it wouldn't have gone so far without his unwavering assistance. Gerry wasn't a literary but his genius with mechanical and oilfield technology was amazing that many associates glanced over and missed. He had an uncanny ability for problem solving, creating solutions and a great inventor. We worked, we laughed, we sang, we celebrated; I owe him a lot, just wasn't worldly assets. I miss him a lot.
