He is survived by: his children, Darlene (Charlie), Ray (Diane), Lavern (Deanna) and Janet (John); his grandchildren, Mitchell (Jolene), Travis (Kari), Cassandra, Christa, Kelsie (Lance), Luke (Sophia), Andy (Sandy), Jackie, Jason (Lidia), Randy and Ryan (Leah); his brother Wayne (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Alvina, Connie Espenant (Dave), Jesse (Mackenna), Jordyn, Maurice and Dallas Leaver (Dickie). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to King's Kattle c/o Rocky Mountain College, Calgary.
