With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Venita Donaldson (Okotoks, Alberta), who passed away on May 24, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mary Venita may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Len Smith and Sarah Smith; her sister Eileen; her husband Lynn Donaldson; and her son Darrell. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
