She was predeceased by: her parents, Franc and Marija; her siblings, Pep, Dinko and Mara; and her former husband Valentin Oblak.

She is survived by: her husband Mario; her son Mark; her sister Stana; her nephews, Gvido, Ervin and Dvorin; her great-nephew Rok; her nieces, Janja and Jelka; her aunt Antonia; and her friend Hermina.

Instead of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Alzheimer Society Of Canada and the Foothills Country Hospice Society.
