Helen DiChiara Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen DiChiara (Okotoks, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Helen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Helen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Terris and Irene Terris; her son Greg; and her husband Ben. She is survived by: her daughter Corinne (Frank); her granddaughter Danielle (Tyler); her great grandchild Madden; her sister Mary (Bert); her sister-in-law Mirella; and her daughter-in-law Lynn.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Okotoks Union Cemetery (121 Big Rock Trail, Okotoks, AB T1S1Z1).
The family has requested no flowers please. As an alternative, donations may be made to the Foothill Country Hospice.
