Carleigh Jackson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carleigh Jackson of Okotoks, Alberta, who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ryan Jackson; and her stepfather Manfred Schmold. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Schmold; her fiancé Brett Harper; her grandparents, Brian of Linda's Camp and Linda Jackson; her sibling Reece Girardin (Rachel); her niece Rosie; her nephew Richard; her brother Oliver Girardin; her nephew Michael; her siblings, Emily Dunham, Sara Dunham, Lucas Jackson, Rihanna Jackson, Brendan Harper (Olivia) and Jeff Jackson (Shelly); her nieces and nephews, Josh, Jenna Jackson, Derek Jackson and Liz Blake; and her close friends, Megan Smith, Taylor Hinton-Turik, Jade Mierau and Sierra Lenton. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and countless other friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Okotoks United Church (43 Riverside Dr, Okotoks, AB T1S0J2).
In lieu of flowers, Carleigh has requested that donations be made to her GoFundMe page to cover celebration of life expenses; or to the Canadian Cancer Society on her behalf.
