Al Kunz Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Al Kunz (Okotoks, Alberta), who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf Kunz and Luise Kunz; his sisters, Ella, Irma and Bertha; his granddaughter Julieanna Faith; and the mother of his children Beverley Kunz.

He is survived by: his wife Bev Broadhurst Kunz; his sons, James (Cindy) and Robert; his stepchildren, Tracy Shierman (David) and Trevor Broadhurst (Renee); his sister Hilda; and his siblings-in-law, Gus Schwab, Kathy Gustafson (Morris), Cherryl Bourdon (Wayne) and Eileen Williams (Bill). He is also survived by seven granddaughters, one grandson-in-law, two step granddaughters, three step grandsons, a step great granddaughter, and a step great grandson.

Due to COVID restrictions, there will be a private family service at 11:00 on Saturday, 5 September 2020.
