He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine and John; his brother Russell; and his nephew Jarod. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen; his children, David Marko and Amanda Lega (Jason); and his grandchildren, Dyllan, Russell, Emma and Eric. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
