He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Martha; his siblings, Gertrude Gaudry, Martha Turko, Edward and Alfred; and his grandsons, Wesley Kordyban and Matthew Melnyk.

He is survived by: his children, Veronica (Richard), Clifford (Kathy), Valerie (Lawrence), Bonnie (Wayne), Sharon (Curtis) and Raymond (Laverne); his siblings, Willie (Patsy), Olga Turko and Lily Lazowski; and his wife Mary Lazowski of Newbrook, AB.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren.
