It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrna Elaine Lafreniere (Nanton, Alberta), born in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Caveny and Glenn Caveny; and her siblings, Allan, Dona and Jackie.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Lafreniere; her children, Scott McRae, Tanis Cowan (David) and Sandra Stushnoff (Jacques); her stepchildren, Paul Lafreniere (Chealsa) and Dana Lafreniere; her grandchildren, Dani (Jake), Erinn, Carter, Jeremy, Jolie, Hayden, Kaitlin, Logan, Travis and Abigail; her great grandchild Remi; and her sisters, Brenda and Lynda. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
