“In loving memory of Mohammad Shoaib Alam, Please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. He was not only my Dr for 16 years but a dear friend. I always left the office feeling good just from talking with him about both our families, golf and the reason I was at the appointment. He was the first Dr who had ever shared his personal phone number with me so I could text him anytime I had a medical question. He was a dear friend, great dad and a great Dr and he will be missed.”

“My heart is broken to hear of the loss of such a great man and compassionate physician. Shoaib always had time to stop and talk with any one he worked with and he never missed an opportunity to speak lovingly of his wife and children. His kindness and dedication to his patients was so heartwarming to observe and he never failed to smile at anyone. My deepest sympathies. He is leaving a huge gap in the hearts of many.
