It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna May Burnett (Nanton, Alberta), born in Berwyn, Alberta, who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Betty Fisk, Clark McMeeken, Edith Good, Harvey McMeeken, Jim Lobban and Margaret Wren; and her grandson Logan Burnett.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Grant Burnett (Jen), Joan Burnett, Gail Hamilton (Lorne) and Shane Burnett (Carlie); her grandchildren, Ryan, Kaleb, Ella, Hope and Claire; and her brother Gordon Lobban. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kozy Korner (2211 20 St, Nanton, AB T0L1R0).
