He was predeceased by: his brothers, Douglas Olstad and Kenny Olstad; his former wife Lorna Olstad; and his daughter Penny Butz. He is survived by: his wife Lila Olstad; his son-in-law Ronnie Butz; his grandson Clynton Butz (Dana); and his great grandchildren, Preston and Grayson.
