He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy Semeniuk, Annie Semeniuk, Dan Mudryk and Annie Mudryk. He is survived by: his uncle Roger Myron Semeniuk of Myrnam; his son Mark; his parents, Adolf and Stella; and his siblings, Barry, Darwin (Larysa), Sofiya, Christine, Lisa Trachuk (David), Blayne, Nathan, Cindy Katchur (Lee), Cailyn and Brady.
