He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Wicentowich; his parents, Julian Wicentowich (George) and Pauline Wicentowich; and his sister Mary Jane Dalton. He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Thompson (Glen) and Sandra Beaudette (Darcy); his grandchildren, Liam Beaudette, Curtis Thompson, Eric Thompson, Hannah Beaudette and Victoria Thompson; his sister Bernice Arlott; and his brother-in-law Peter Budinski (Virginia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Mary Immaculate Hospital (Mundare) Foundation.".
