She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her parents, Joe Chernyk and Phyllis Chernyk; her son James Andrew; and her siblings, Lillian and Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Rose, Lorne and Myron (Darlene); her grandchildren, Steven (Katja), Ann-Marie (Jason), Kyle (Claire) and Corey; her great grandchildren, Kelsey and Kyra; her siblings, Michael and Victoria; and her sister-in-law Nancy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
