She was predeceased by: her former husband John; her parents, Fred Durda and Pauline Durda; and her son-in-law Wayne Fischer. She is survived by: her husband Edward Perlik; and her children, Myron (Heather), Mary Boyko (Dave), Veronica Patan (Rick), John (Remily), Chris (Jody), Yvonne Fischer, Bob Perlik (Elaine) and Adele Peters. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
