He was predeceased by: his father John Siemens; his daughter Christine O'Brien; and his granddaughter Allyn Church. He is survived by: his wife Janis Siemens (Moe); his mother Beth Siemens; his children, Gayle Church (Roger), Susan Woodford (Trevor), Steven Siemens (Julia) and Jennie Berge (Jason); his siblings, Jim (Jacquie), John (Barb), Ed (Norma), Ray (Alexia), Marlene Affleck and Aileen Jackson (Ed); and also, Oddie and Jennie Moe. He is also survived by grandpa for 14 grandchildren and loving uncle for numerous nieces and nephews.
