He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Lowe and Ida Lowe; and his siblings, Gordon, Edith, Edie, Peter, Lawrence (Phyllis), Marjorie Bartko (Andy), Lorna Sandau (Harold), Dorothy Hopkins (Dave) and Ralph.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Rudy (Fran), Glen (Joy), Tom (Juanita), Jocelyn Gomolchuk (Gerard) and Becky Alexander (John); his siblings, Don, Betty Wulff (Stan) and Thelma Snell (Bob); and his sister-in-law Kay (Ralph).
