He is survived by: his children, Dale Carlson (Christine), Pam Carlson (Bert Lier) and Melanie Cullen (Dan Kiefert); his grandchildren, Karl James, Emma, Cheryl, Hayden and Ethan; his great grandchild Stella; and his sisters, Muriel Trenaman and Valerie Bowen (Peter).
