He was predeceased by: his parents, Julie Steele and Leonard Moreton. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Stroh (Andy); his granddaughters, Kyla (Dylan) and Madison Stroh; his brother Dennis Moreton (Judi); his extended family, Donna Kane (Rick), Carol Buttik (Paul) and Glen Grant (Carol); and his wife Marlene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Wayne may do so through donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or South Country Village (recreational equipment or Obie projector).

“We were so sorry to read about Wayne's passing today in the newspaper. We just got home from a Panama cruise and are catching up on mail etc. Wayne was a fun loving guy who I affectionately called my "cousin".... We remember your hospitality out at the Elkwater golf course and are remembering times at Julie and Fred's place. Hopefully we will be in touch soon.
