He was predeceased by: his daughter Toni Ward; and his sister Gertie Westwong. He is survived by: his children, Janice Adams, Rob Leentvaar (Beth), Donna Sadler (Shaun) and Dan Leentvaar; and his brothers, John Leentvaar (Sandy) and Hugo Leentvaar (Flo). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
