She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Smith. She is survived by: her father Robert Smith; her children, Kimberley Schafer (Mark) and Tyler Thickson (Stacey); her grandchildren, Matthew, Max, Rezner and Taylor; and her siblings, Dale Smith (Karen), Doug Smith (Esther), Brenda Morris (Kevin) and Cathy Roth (Alan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Saamis Memorial (1 Dunmore Rd SE, Medicine Hat, AB T1A1Z5).
