Rachelle Pratt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2021, Rachelle Pratt (Medicine Hat, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Richard Pratt and Corinne Pratt; her daughter Lilah; and her sister Janay.

Due to Covid restrictions, a private Celebration of Rachelle's life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S. W., Medicine Hat on Friday, April 9, 2021, at 2:00 p. m. with Pastor Jamie McDonald officiating.
