She is survived by: her significant other Larry Marshall; her sons, Henry Vaari of Udora, ON and Kevin Vaari (Tammy) of Medicine Hat; her grandson Ethan Vaari of Medicine Hat; and her sisters, Rita Wolf, Eila Lempinen and Eeva Pohjola of Helsinki. She is also survived by seven nieces and one nephew.
